The Terms and Conditions in this document govern the use of Board Games Direct's Online Shopping Service (the Service). The Service includes shopping, returns, and participation in promotions run by Board Games Direct.
Board Games Direct utilises Australia Post to service the shipping of orders within Australia.
Orders within Australia are usually dispatched within 1-3 business days after payment. Orders can be expected to arrive approximately 1-3 working days after dispatch.
Board Games Direct charges flat rate $10.00 for all orders within Australia that are under $100. Any orders within Australia that are over $100 are shipped to you FREE!
To add signature on delivery and Extra Cover for loss or damage, Board Games Direct charges a flat rate of $15.00
To use Australia Post's Express service, Board Games Direct charges a fixed $30.00 rate.
Perth Pick Up & Collect:
If you live in the Perth Area we can arrange for pick up and collection of your order at our monthly "Gaming Get-Together" events which are held on the 3rd Saturday of every month in Inglewood. Please email us directly for more information and to arrange this.
We do not offer international shipping on our website, however we are keen to service our international customers. Please contact us directly on email@example.com and we will do our best to provide you with a shipping quote to your international destination.
Exchanges, Returns and Refunds
If the customer is wanting to return for an exchange:
Board Games Direct will exchange products within 14 days of purchase as long as the product is in its original packaging and has not been opened.
Except where goods are faulty, for Refunds and Exchanges, freight costs, to return the product to us by Courier and/ or to resend the new item back to the customer are covered by the Customer.
Board Games Direct are not responsible for any lost returned parcels so we recommend to please send back to us via a traceable method such as registered post or traceable courier.
Sale or discounted items be returned for store credit only or exchange and not for refund.
Where goods are faulty:
All Exchanges and Returns must be returned to Board Games Direct within 14 Days of the customer receiving the item. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org or call us on 0458 026 069 to arrange a return for the product. Once Board Games Direct has received the faulty item we will arrange an exchange or full refund.
Board Games Direct provides high quality pictures of our products. Please be aware that whilst we have done all we can to ensure that you see real life colour, depending on your viewing screen the colours may appear slightly different to the actual products. Manufacturers are constantly updating their product's packaging and components. Board Games Direct will always endeavour to keep our images current and up to date, but some products may occasionally show a prior version.
All prices in the shopping areas are in Australian dollars (AU$) and are inclusive of GST.
Board Games Direct takes all steps to ensure that prices are prices are correct at time of publication, however we reserve the right to alter prices should we inadvertently publish incorrect prices. If this should happen after you have ordered a product on the site and have passed through the check out, we will contact you prior to sending your order and notify you of the correct price. You will then have to choice to either proceed with your order or cancel the order.
Board Games Direct does not price match competitor prices.

By purchasing products or signing up for our newsletter you agree that your details including your email address, mailing address and mobile phone number may be used by us or Board Games Direct to keep you informed about future products, services and events provided by Board Games Direct. Unless otherwise specified, sales and discounts are applied to our prices by use of a "coupon code" at the time of check out. To ensure that you obtain advertised discounts please ensure use of the relevant coupon code at check out. If you proceed through check out without use of a coupon code, please contact customer service for adjustment to your payment.
